One of the last episodes of "The Simpsons" was aired with Jim Parsons from "Theory of the Big Bang" as a guest star to explain the concept of kryptovalyut and how Blockchain works.
In the episode, Parsons' hero performs a dance and song that says that cryptovalut is future money. On behalf of distributed register technology, the song is sung: "Every day I get closer to being the money of the future. I'm not in your wallet, I'm in your computer!"
At the end of Parsons' performance, a message appears on the screen explaining how cryptovolves work:
"There are many cryptovolves. There are certain rules in this system for the release of additional cryptocurrency units. They can be generated by fiat currencies, or they can simply be distributed randomly, or they can all be given to Lebron".
The cryptographic community has approved the release of the episode. Altcoin Daily's Twitter account has published the following message:
"The Simpsons" did it! The great Jim Parsons told Lisa about the cryptocurrency! It's the money of the future!"
In comments to the post, some users noted that the Simpsons' scriptwriters had already successfully predicted the future many times. Ten years ago in the series appeared Donald Trump as president of the United States, and recently scriptwriters have predicted the final "Game of Thrones".
Recall that in the spring of 2018, the mention of the cryptic currency appeared in Marvel comics and a game based on "The Simpsons. Of course, Bitcoin has also been mentioned in the Simpsons themselves - about seven years ago, Krusty's character admitted that he was devastated because of a failed game on the cryptographic market.
Bitcoin was also mentioned in popular TV series, for example, in "The Anatomy of Passion". In addition, a cartoon series called Bitcoin and Friends was released last year, and the U.S. was planning to release a series about a cryptographic startup.
